New Zealand take 94 runs lead against Australia

Adelaide, Nov 28 (IBNS) New Zealand finished the second day's play of the first Day Night Test with a 94 runs lead against Australia here on Saturday.

Losing five wickets for 116 runs, New Zealand batsman took a significant lead against the hosts with

Mitchell Santner  (13*) and BJ Watling (7*) remaining unbeaten till the end of the day's play.

Ross Taylor, who was Josh Hazlewood, is the top scorer for the side with his 32.

Josh Hazlewood took the charge and took three wickets for Australia.

In reply to New Zealand's 202 in first innings, Australia resumed the day at 54 for two and were dismissed for 224 runs, taking a slender lead of 22 runs.

Peter Nevill scored 66 for Australia while Doug Bracewell shined with the ball and took three wickets for New Zealand.
