India,Britain draw 2-2 in Sultan Azlan Shah Cup clash

Ipoh, Apr 29 (IBNS): India managed a 2-2 draw against Britain in their opening match of the Sultan Azlan Shah Cup on Saturday.

The teams were locked at 1-1 at half time.

But, despite good play from both the sides, a draw was all that was presented to spectators.

Strikers Akashdeep Singh (19th minute) and Mandeep Singh (47th minute)  scored for India.

For Britain, Tom Garson (25th minute) and Alan Forsyth (53rd minute) scored to keep the scoreline 2-2.
