Glasgow, July 28 (IBNS) Indian paddlers missed out an opportunity to clinch a medal as they were defeated by Nigeria in the men's team bronze medal match by 1-3 margin here on Monday.
A. Sharath Kamal defeated Segun Toriola 3-0 (11-9, 11-5, 11-7).
 
Harmeet Desai lost the second match to Nigeria's Quadri Aruna  3-1 (11-7, 11-8, 9-11, 11-5), leveling the game to 1-1.
 
In the third game, A. Anthony Amalraj and Desai lost the doubles clash to  Toriola and Oja Onaolapo 2-3 (11-3, 9-11, 5-11, 11-9, 9-11).
 
In the crucial next round, Sharath Kamal lost the game to  Onaolapo 1-3 (9-11, 11-3, 7-11, 5-11).
