Dhaka, Oct 15 (IBNS): Continuing their dominance in the ongoing Asia Cup, India beat arch-rivals Pakistan by 3-1 margin in a Pool A match of the tournament on Sunday.

After Sunday's victory, India finished the pool unbeaten with nine points.

India won two consecutive matches and continued their dominant form in the match against rivals Pakistan on the ground.

Despite defeat in the crucial match, Pakistan reached the 'Super 4s' stage with four points on the basis of a better goal difference.

Chinglensana Singh, Ramandeep Singh, and Harmanpreet Singh scored the three goals to help India take initial 3-0 lead in the match earlier.

India continued to put up pressure on their opponents all throughout the match.

Pakistan tried to regain composure in the last few minutes of the game but it was
too late for a recovery.

Ali Shan hit the only goal for India in the 48th minute of the game.
