Mohammed Shami picks up 100th Test wicket during second Test against South Africa
Centurion, Jan 14 (IBNS): Indian bowler Mohammed Shami has become the latest Indian cricketer to pick up 100 Test wickets.
He picked up the 100th wicket during the second day of the ongoing second Test match against South Africa.
It was the wicket of Keshav Maharaj that helped him touch the landmark.
He took 29 Tests to pick up 100 wickets in the longest format of the game.
He is now among 20 Indian bowlers to pick up 100 wickets in Tests.
Shami picked up three wickets in the first innings.
South Africa were bowled out for 335 runs.
