World Badminton Championship: Sindhu settles fro bronze

Copenhagen, Aug 30 (IBNS) Indian badminton player PV Sindhu on Saturday settled for bronze after losing her World Badminton Championship semi-finals clash against Carolina Marin of Spain here on Saturday.

In the match, the Indian  player went down 17-21 15-21 against her opponent.

Sindhu had won bronze in the last edition of the tournament.

Sindhu  defeated China's  Shixian Wang  to reach the semi-finals of the   World Championships on Friday.
