England could not recover from 23-3 after Indian skipper MS Dhoni directed the hosts to bat first after winning the toss in this crucial ODI match of the series.
Both the pacers and spinners picked up wickets in the match which was once again one sided and was dominated completely by India.
Bhuvneshwar Kumar (2/14) and Mohammed Shami (3/28) were lethal with the ball and picked up five wickets together.
The spinners were not far behind as Ravindra Jadeja (2/40), R Ashwin (1/48) and Suresh Raina (1/36) all picked up a wicket in the England innings. The English batsmen looked absolutely helpless in front of the young Indian attack.
