Kaliningrad, June 26 (IBNS): Spain avoided a humiliating defeat against Morocco by finishing a crucial Group B match of the FIFA World Cup in a draw, managing to enter the last 16 of the tournament.

Giving an early lead to Morocco, Khalid Boutaib had scored the first goal of the match.

Isco scored the equaliser at the 19th minute of the game.

Youssef En-Nesyri once again ensured Morocco moves ahead in the game as he scored the second goal for his side at the 81st minute of the game.

Situations became tensed for Spain at that point of the match when Morocco were leading the scoreline by 2-1 margin.

Avoiding an embarrassing defeat for Spain, Iago Aspas scored a goal during the injury time of the second half to level the match 2-2.
