India bowled out for 250 runs in first innings against Australia

Adelaide, Dec 7 (IBNS): Riding on  Cheteshwar Pujara's heroic century, India were bowled out for 250 runs in their first innings in the opening Test match of the series against Australia here on Friday.

Apart from Pujara's 123 runs, the Indian batting lineup disappointed with Rohit Sharma only adding 37 runs with his willow.

Apart from them, Rishabh Pant and R Ashwin scored 25 runs each.

Skipper Virat Kohli returned to the pavilion by adding just three runs in the innings.

Pujara saved the day for Indians with his 123 runs where he smashed seven boundaries and two sixes.

Hazlewood shinned for Australia and picked up three wickets.
