Mumbai, Feb 22 (IBNS):  Chief of BCCI's Committee of Administrators, Vinod Rai, on Friday said the Indian Premier League will not have a regular oprening ceremony this year.

He said budget for the opening ceremony will be given to families of the victims of the terror attack in Pulwama.

"We'll not have a regular IPL opening ceremony and the amount of the budget for the opening ceremony will be given to families of the victims of this terror attack," Rai told media.
