India beat Australia in Nagpur, hosts now 2-0 ahead in 5-match ODI series
Nagpur, Mar 5 (IBNS): India beat Australia by eight runs in the second ODI here on Tuesday.
Batting first, the hosts were all out for 250 riding on captain Virat Kohli's gritty 116 off 120 balls. V. Shankar scored 46.
This was Kohli's 40th ODI and 65th international century.
P.J. Cummins of Australia did most of the damage to India claiming 4 wickets while giving away only 29 runs.
The home team showed great team work and managed to take all the 10 Australian wickets with three balls to spare.
India is now 2-0 ahead in the five-match series.
