
Bangladesh beat West Indies by seven wickets
Taunton, June 17 (IBNS): Some brilliant batting by Shakib Al Hasan (124 not out) and Liton (Das) guided Bangladesh to a seven wicket win over West Indies here on Monday evening.
Batting first, West Indies made a formidable 321 losing eight wickets.
While Chris Gayle failed to open his account, Hope made 96 off 121 deliveries.
With Shakib and Liton on fire, Bangladesh reached the target with seven wickets and 51 balls to spare.
Shakib was named man of the match.
