Delhi beat Mumbai Indians by 10 runs
Posting 164 for the loss of four wickets on the scorecard, Delhi bowlers managed to restrict Mumbai at 154 for seven after 20 overs of a tight encounter.
Skipper Rohit Sharma gave Mumbai a strong start at the top with his 65 runs. He hit seven boundaries and a six in his 48-ball knock.
Ambati Rayudu (25) and Krunal Pandya (36) made some healthy contributions with the bat and maintained the momentum needed to reach the target.
However, regular fall of wickets did damage for Mumbai as the hosts managed to keep them 10 runs short from victory.
Amit Mishra picked up two wickets for Delhi while Zaheer Khan and
Chris Morris took a wicket each.
Earlier, Sanju Samson hit 48-ball 60 , hammering four boundaries and two sixes, while JP Duminy contributed unbeaten 49 which helped Delhi post 164 on the scorecard.
Mitchell McClenaghan picked up two wickets for Mumbai.
