Federer, Djokovic meet in Wimbledon final
Federer cruised to the final of the event by beating Canadian Milos Raonic int he semi-final by 6-4 6-4 6-4.
The Swiss star took just an hour and 42 minutes to reach his ninth Wimbledon final.
Djokovic ended the run of Grigor Dimitrov 6-4 3-6 7-6 (7-2) 7-6 (9-7) in the four set encounter.
"I was playing in the semi-final against a future star," Djokovic told BBC Sport.
"Dimitrov is already a top player after beating Andy Murray and he deserves respect for that. For his first semi-final he was really fighting and it was tough," Djokovic added.
Dimitrov had already shocked the fans by beating current champion Andy Murray in Wednesday's quarter-finals.
Djokovic will aim at winning his second Wimbledon title on Sunday. He had won it in 2011.
Federer will look forward to clinch his 8th Wimbledon trophy.
