FIFA World Cup: Brazil to face Mexico in pre-quarterfinal match today

Samara, Jul 2 (IBNS): Five-time world champions Brazil will come out to play against Mexico in the pre-quarterfinal match of the FIFA World Cup 2018 at the Samara Arena Stadium here on Monday.

Brazil haven't lost a match in the tournament so far. (2 wins, 1 draw)

On the other hand, Mexico had won two out of three group league matches. (2 wins, 1 loss)

The sporting encounter will kickoff at 7.30 IST.

In another pre-quarter final match, Belgium will take on Japan at the Rostov Arena Stadium in Rostov-on-Don on Monday.

The second match will begin at 11.30 pm IST.

The winners of the two matches will meet at the quarterfinal stage.
