India-Pakistan rivalry is bigger than Ashes: Ashwin

| | Mar 18, 2016, at 09:47 pm
Kolkata, Mar 18 (IBNS): Spinner R Ashwin on Friday said the rivalry between India and Pakistan is even bigger than the Ashes.

He said every game India plays is a 'pressure game'.

"India-Pakistan rivalry is probably bigger than the Ashes. People from both the nations put their emotions into the game," Ashwin said addressing a press conference.

"I don't see a lot of pressure. We play a lot of India-Pakistan games. We have to go and win first.  Every game India plays is a pressure game," he said.
India started their World T20 campaign with a defeat against New Zealand.

India will face Pakistan in their second match of the tournament on Saturday.
