Jammu and Kashmir: Maqsood Sports beat Cricket Stars Kralpora

Srinagar: Maqsood Sports lifted Wathoora Premier League edition VI trophy by defeating Cricket Starts Kralpora team on Thursday at Shah Qalandar Sports Stadium Wathoora.

This was a two week -long district level tournament wherein 30 teams had participated. Maqsood Sports after winning the toss chose to bat and within 20 overs they made 184 runs by losing 6 wickets.

Cricket Stars Kralpora could not chase this huge score and they were all out for 130 runs only. Chairman RTI Movement Dr Raja Muzaffar was chief guest on the occasion.

He congratulated organisers of the tournament LateefDar ,Riyaz Peer and MolviYounis for involving youth of the area in sports activities.
