Travis Head slams fiery century against India in Adelaide
Adelaide/IBNS: Australian batter Travis Head slammed a fiery hundred against India in the second Test of the ongoing Border Gavaskar Trophy in Adelaide on Saturday.
With an impressive strike rate, Head went past 100 powering Australia to improve their lead over India in the first innings.
Australian fast bowling star Mitchell Starc scalped six wickets to bowl out India for 180 runs in the second Test match of the ongoing series on Friday.
Nitish Kumar Reddy (42) top scored for India on the first day of the Pink Ball Test in Adelaide, the same venue where the national squad was bowled out for 36 runs.
Apart from him, KL Rahul and Shubman Gill also scored 37 and 31 runs respectively with the rest of the batting lineup struggling against the fierce bowling attack.
Mitchell Starc picked six wickets for 48 runs in 14.1 overs.
