WC: India beat Malaysia 3-2
India beat the Asian side 3-2.
Taking early lead via Jasjit Singh Kular (15th), India were 1-0 up at the end of the first half.
Razle Adbul Rahim (46th) scored the equaliser for Malaysia in the second half.
India were fast in giving a strong reply as Akashdeep Singh (49th, 51st) scored two goals to take India to 3-1 lead.
Malaysia's Marhan Jalil (61st) reduced the gap to 3-2.
India registered their first win in the tournament on Saturday.
