5G auction: DoT issues demand notices asking all 4 bidders to pay by Aug 16

New Delhi: The telecommunication department has asked all the four participants of the 5G spectrum auction--Reliance Jio Infocomm, Bharti Airtel, Adani Data Networks, and Vodafone Idea-- to make payments by August 16.

5G Spectrum reserve price based on TRAI recommendations

New Delhi: The government has decided the final reserve price of the 5G Spectrum in the various frequency bands based on the recommendations of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) which were made after carrying out consultation with all stakeholders, including Telecom companies, Minister of Stae for Communication Devusinh Chauhan in a written reply to a question in Lok Sabha today.
