New Delhi, Aug 30 (IBNS): Complimenting resilience shown by Mumbaikars in battling heavy rains on August 29, the ASSOCHAMon Wednesday said the mega city would lose its sheen among the large domestic and global investors, as it is ill-equipped to face such eventualities.
