March WPI Inflation at 5.70 percent

New Delhi, Apr 15 (IBNS) Owing to rising food and fuel cost, the annual rate of inflation, based on monthly Wholesale Price Index (WPI), stood at 5.70% (provisional) for the month of March, 2014 (over March, 2013) as compared to 4.68% (provisional) for the previous month and 5.65% during the corresponding month of the previous year.
