Mumbai/IBNS: Tata Teleservices has opted for the conversion of the interest on spectrum and adjusted gross revenue (AGR) dues into equity, where the government will own about a 9.5 percent stake in the telco.

Union Cabinet approves four-year moratorium on spectrum installment

New Delhi/IBNS: The Union Cabinet on Wednesday approved a relief package for the stressed telecom sector which will give telecom companies more time to pay their long outstanding dues, including a four-year moratorium on spectrum installment which is due in April 2022.
