New Delhi: India is likely to allocate $1 billion to accelerate the construction of 12 hydropower stations in Arunachal Pradesh, a move likely to heighten tensions with China, which claims the region, Reuters reported.
New Delhi: A total of seven projects for construction of bridges in Arunachal Pradesh at a cumulative cost of Rs118.50 crores have been approved in the fiscal year 2023-24 under the Setu Bandhan Scheme, Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari Thursday said in a social media post.
