Union Cabinet approves additional installment of Dearness Allowance and Dearness Relief for its employees and pensioners

New Delhi/IBNS: The Union Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given its approval to release an additional installment of Dearness Allowance (DA) to Central government employees and Dearness Relief (DR) to pensioners w.e.f. 01.01.2022.

New Delhi/UNI: The additional installment of Dearness Allowance to Central government employees and Dearness Relief to Central government pensioners due from January 1, 2020, will not be paid because of the financial strains due to the Novel Coronavirus crisis, the government said on Thursday.
