RBI keeps lending rate unchanged at 6.5%
New Delhi/IBNS: The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has kept the key lending rate unchanged at 6.5% in its new monetary policy announced on Friday.
SBI, BoB increase lending rate by up to 0.1 pc
State Bank of India (SBI) and other major lenders including Bank of Baroda (BoB), Axis Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank are increasing their benchmark lending rates by up to 0.10 per cent.

Mumbai, Oct 4 (IBNS): In its Fourth Bi-monthly Monetary Policy Statement, 2017-18, on Wednesday, the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) of Reserve Bank of India decided to keep the policy repo rate under the liquidity adjustment facility (LAF) unchanged at 6.0 per cent on the basis of an assessment of the current and evolving macroeconomic situation .
