Mumbai/New Delhi, Feb 16 (IBNS): Share prices of the State Bank of India (SBI) and its associate banks climbed up intraday on Thursday following the cabinet approval for the merger of the associate banks with the SBI, media reported.

New Delhi, Feb 15 (IBNS): The Union Cabinet, chaired by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi has approved the acquisition by the State Bank of India of its subsidiary banks namely State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur, State Bank of Hyderabad, State Bank of Mysore, State Bank of Patiala and State Bank of Travancore.
