Kolkata, Nov 2 (IBNS) West Bengal Minister of State for Health Chandrima Bhattacharjee has recently inaugurated the fourth national conference of the Infusion Nurses Society(INS) as part of a drive to prevent malpractice in the hospitals and to minimize human errors while administering medicines.
