Valley fire in California spreads across more than 5,300 acres, 1 percent contained - Cal Fire

Moscow/Sputnik: The Valley Fire in San Diego County, California has spread over more than 5,000 acres, destroying multiple structures and threatening local communities, according to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (Cal Fire), which says the wildfire is only 1 percent contained.
