Fighting in Yemen continues to take toll on civilians, with 20 million needing urgent assistance-UN

New York, Jun 9 (IBNS): Some 20 million people in Yemen close to 80 per cent of the population urgently need humanitarian assistance, several United Nations agencies are warning, as the conflict, which escalated dramatically in March, continues to take its toll in what was already the poorest country in the region.
