'Maintain strict vigil': Centre directs 4 states amid rise in Covid-19 cases

New Delhi/IBNS: Union Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan has written to four states-Maharashtra, Kerala, Chhattisgarh and West Bengal-urging them to maintain a 'strict vigil' in curbing the spike in Covid-19 cases.
