Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk/Sputnik:: A 5.6-magnitude earthquake has occurred off the Kuril Islands, a representative of the Sakhalin regional branch of the Geophysical Survey of the Russian Academy of Sciences (GS RAS) told Sputnik.
