Kolkata/IBNS: West Bengal government's environment department together with the British Deputy High Commission Kolkata and the Newcastle University, UK have joined hands as a ‘force for good’ to launch Living Deltas Transdisciplinary Research Hub funded by UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) under the Global Challenge Research Fund (GCRF).

Mumbai, June 8 (IBNS): Popular mobile app for transportation, Ola, will be supporting the 'Sahasra Jyoti' or 'Beacon for the Sundarbans' initiative, an ongoing project of WWF-India, aimed at bringing sustainable development to the Sundarbans landscape in India, by enabling energy access to 1000 households in the region - all through solar energy.
