India's Sleep Crisis: Survey reveals shocking 38 percent surge in nighttime anxiety over future

Kolkata: Ahead of World Sleep Day, Wakefit.co, one of India’s largest D2C sleep and home solutions providers released the 6th edition of its Great Indian Sleep Scorecard (GISS) 2023 which showed a 38 percent increase in the number of people staying up late at night worrying about their future.
