Higher reaches of Kashmir receive fresh snowfall, plains lashed by rains

Srinagar/IBNS/UNI: Higher reaches of Kashmir valley including Gulmarg and Sonamarg received fresh snowfall while plains were lashed by rains resulting in the closure of the Srinagar-Ladakh highway on Sunday, officials said.
