LGBT film fest roots for landmark ruling on transgender rights

Mumbai, Apr 16 (IBNS) India's leading LGBT film festival Kashish will celebrate with its screenings the Supreme Court recognition of eunuchs and Transgenders by creating a 'third gender' status, deeming them a socially and economically backward category.
