New Delhi/Kolkata/IBNS: Commemorating International Day of Older Persons (IDOP), HelpAge India, a non-profit organization working with and for older people in the country, on Tuesday (Oct. 1) launched its "Generations Together" campaign in south Kolkata's Chetla Central Park, celebrating the contributions of senior citizens and strengthening the intergenerational connections.

Mumbai/UNI: Uber has announced a partnership with HelpAge India, a leading NGO dedicated to serving the disadvantaged elderly, for providing 1,000 free rides a month across Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Kochi, Kolkata, Lucknow and Mumbai.
