Veteran Jharkhand lawyer's memoirs capture snatches of history of Seraikella Princely State

Seraikella, Jharkhand, Mar 8 (IBNS) Unveiled recently, Seraikella Musings, memoirs of Dibyendu Gopal Bagchi, one of the longest serving lawyers of undivided Bihar, contains snatches of history of the erstwhile princely state, now carved out as a district in southern Jharkhand.
