Chitradurga, Oct 28 (IBNS): The Bhoomi puja (a ritual) for construction of HAL-IISc Skill Development Centre was performed at Challakere in Chitradurga district around 230 km from Bengaluru by T. Suvarna Raju, CMD, HAL, Prof. Anurag Kumar, Director, IISc and others recently.
