The Parliament is expected to witness a heated business on Friday as the Congress is fuming over the government after the opposition party's seven MPs were suspended by Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla a day ago for their unruly behaviour. The Congress MPs were demanding an immediate discussion on the Delhi riot which has claimed 53 lives.

The third day of the second and final leg of Parliament's Budget session is also expected to witness a faceoff between the government and the Congress-led Opposition. In the last two days, there was hardly any business as both the Houses- Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha- were adjourned amid the ruckus created by the Opposition over the deadly Delhi violence. The Congress-led Opposition is gearing up to corner the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government over the deadly Delhi violence as the second half of the Budget session of Parliament resumed on Monday. The Opposition is set to demand the resignation of Union Home Minister Amit Shah. In the Delhi violence over the Citizenship (Amendment) Act (CAA), at least 46 people (as per last update) were killed and more than 300 people were injured.
