We will record decisive victory in Assam, improve significantly in four other state : Jaitley

New Delhi, Mar 21 (IBNS) Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has asserted that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is set to register “a decisive victory” in Assam and "hopes to improve" its position in four other states-all going to the polls in April-May.
