California council opens with Hindu prayer

Nevada, Apr 16 (IBNS) Reedley City Council in California (USA), which celebrated 100th anniversary of its incorporation in 2013, will have its first historic Hindu opening prayer on April 22, containing verses from world's oldest existing scripture.
