New Delhi, Apr 11 (IBNS) Israel on Saturday said the release of 26/11 Mumbai attack mastermind Zaki-ur Rehman Lakhvi from jail by the order of a Pakistani court is a big setback to the war against terror in which India and Israel are close partners.
