Fear of violence deters some from enforcing 'No Helmet No Petrol' rule in Kolkata pumps

Kolkata, July 13 (IBNS): Three days after the 'No Helmet No Petrol' rule came into effect in Kolkata, mixed scenes were witnessed at the petrol pumps in the city with majority of them following the rules while others forced to flout it in fear of violence in certain areas of the metropolis known for reckless bike racing.
