New Delhi/UNI: Activist-lawyer Prashant Bhushan on Monday submitted a supplementary statement in the suo motu contempt proceedings before the Supreme Court, refusing to tender unconditional apology for his tweets, wherein he criticised the top court and Chief Justice SA Bobde.
