Varanasi, May 11 (IBNS) The Election Commission on Sunday slapped a notice to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief and Varanasi Lok Sabha candidate Arvind Kejriwal for violating the Model Code of Conduct through his speech at Amethi in Uttar Pradesh recently.
