Visakhapatnam, Apr 19 (IBNS): Starting a new innings in his political career, veteran politician Sitaram Yechury has been elected as the general secretary of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) amid expectations that he will steer the party though the challenges of the new political scenario where left forces are marginalized.
