NHRC notice to Tamil Nadu on brutality with farmer

New Delhi, Mar 10 (IBNS) The National Human Rights Commission has taken suo motu cognizance of media reports that officials of a private bank with the assistance of police came to seize the tractor of a farmer in Thanjavur district of Tamil Nadu to recover the money he had borrowed.
