New York, Sept 21 (IBNS): On a day Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) said India is reluctant to hold talks with it on Kashmir, India mounted a massive diplomatic attack on its neighbour whom it blamed for the recent attack in an army camp in Kashmir's Uri killing 19 soliders, saying that the world saw the head of a state actually glorifying terrorists and terrorism.
