West Bengal: Free-ambulance's driver haggle over fare, child dies outside Barasat hospital

Kolkata/Barasat, Feb 10 (IBNS): A baby girl died on Wednesday in a government-owned hospital at Barasat in West Bengal's North 24 Parganas district as the ambulance driver allegedly haggled with her family members for tips, reports said.
